Target Molecules is an established company set up by two Doctors of Chemistry, Adrian Neary and Peter Duff. Both directors have many years’ successful experience in the diverse and challenging field of custom synthesis, having previously worked in senior managerial and laboratory positions for Custom Synthesis companies.

Dr Adrian Neary BSc PhD, worked for Tocris Cookson, a chemicals manufacturer, for 10 years. During this time he was head of the custom synthesis department and a laboratory manager. Prior to this, Adrian graduated from Sussex University, completed his PhD in synthetic organic chemistry also at Sussex University and then did post-doctoral research at Southampton University.
